We collect information about you in several ways. As a customer of a client, the client or agent of the client may provide your contact information to us when you join VanTastic REWARDS. In addition, if you are an employee of a client or agent of a client your information may be required for participation in VanTastic REWARDS. Promotional activities may require us to collect personal information on ballots or rebates. We collect and store the information you provide in secure and confidential databases in Markham, Ontario.

VanTastic REWARDS doesn't share your personal information with any entity but the company for whom we act. If the activity includes the generation of income, your information maybe shared with Revenue Canada for tax purposes.
