Signing In

 1. Enter your VanTastic Rewards Member Number in the space provided.
 2. Enter your Password in the space provided.
 3. Click Login.

Forgot my Password

If you have forgotten your Password follow the steps below.

 1. From the Sign In page, click on “Forgot your Password?”, located at the top or bottom of the page.
 2. Next, you will be prompted to enter your VanTastic Rewards Member Number. When complete, click “proceed”.
 3. Your Password Reminder Question will be displayed. Enter the answer you provided exactly how you typed it in originally (answer is case sensitive).
 4. Select if you would like your password emailed to you and/or displayed on screen.
 5. Click “proceed”. If you have successfully answered your Reminder Question your password will be displayed and/or emailed to you.

Note: If you have never logged in to the website to set up your Password Retrieval Question and Answer you cannot retrieve your password online.  Please contact VanTastic Rewards Headquarters for assistance.

Not sure if I have a Password

Everyone on the program has a password. Whether you enrolled in the program online or received a printed kit with an introduction letter, you have a password. If you enrolled online, a Member Number and Password would have been emailed to you if your application was accepted.  If you received a printed kit, your Member Number and Password are located on the introduction letter.

If you have changed your password online, please use the password retrieval section of the website by clicking on “Forgot your Password?”

Important Technical Information About This Site

If you're having some problems with the new VanTastic Rewards site, you've come to the right place. The good news is that almost all the issues related to how the site appears on your screen are quick to fix. To fully access all the features on the site, you must enable your "cookies" in your browser. www.vantasticrewards.com uses "session cookies". Session cookies reside in memory and persist only as long as the browser is open. This cookie holds only the information that is uniquely generated when the user logs on to the site and persists only as long as the user's browser is open. This cookie allows users to have their member information available as they browse the VanTastic Rewards website. Then, upon a Collector's departure from the site and closure of their Web browser, the information in the session cookie is removed from memory. This enables better user security and privacy.

To check your "cookie" setting simply use the "help" function in your browser and type in "cookies."
